Hey guys! Well recently, I broke down and ordered one of my dream dresses from the US-based Lolita Consignment Shop, Clothing-Drop.
The used clothing boutique sells everything from lucky packs to hair accessories, with more than 25 brands to choose from. They sell lolita, punk, and even stock items from the elusive brand Takuya Angel.
Clothing-Drop also offers a consignment service, which I've used twice myself. For a reasonable 10% fee, they take attractive stock photos of your items and list them in the shop. If you want to drop your price, all you have to do is email them and they do the work for you. After you sell an item, you can have your profit Paypaled to you, or save it as Clothing-Drop store credit.
This was my first time actually buying from CD, and I was very impressed.
I bought the Emily Temple cute Decoration Cake Jsk. It was reasonable, considering ETC is hard to come by state side, and this print is especially popular.
One thing I like about their webshop is the quality rating system, similar to the five-point system used by the Japanese boutique Closet Child. CD's rating is based on "hearts", with three pink hearts meaning brand new with tags.

CD staff is always friendly and helpful, no matter how many 'dumb' questions I have for them. When I checked out, I asked why shipping was a little high, and requested to be refunded if they could ship it for less. Sure enough in less than twenty four hours, my package was shipped and I was refunded almost ten dollars. Three cheers for customer satisfaction!
Packing: The Jsk arrived wrapped neatly in protective plastic, in a Priority Flat Rate envelope from USPS. The friendly note was kept separate from the jsk to prevent bleeding due to humidity and moisture.
I also appreciated that they took the time to handwrite my name. :3

Exactly as the three pink hearts implied, the Jsk is immaculate, brand new with tags.
As far as the Jsk itself goes, it is my first item from ETC. The colors and details are adorable, everything I expected as I drooled over stock photos. The only thing that surprised me, was the incredibly light 'waffle' textured fabric!
It detracts nothing from the delicate print, and is perfectly breathable- a must for humid Hawaii weather, or wherever you are during Summer months.
Overall: ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ ♪ / 5
For my first ETC item, I've very happy! I'd definitely by from CD again, and visit the ETC flagship store in Nagoya when I'm there.
